Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI) observations are used to
determine the celestial and terrestrial reference frames and to
predict the variable orientation of the Earth in three-dimensional
space.
The Analysis Center provides the International VLBI Service
(IVS) with intrinsic structure information on International Celestial
Reference Frame (ICRF) sources at radio wavelengths.
